Welcome to Kai Karma.

Located high in the hills north of Portsmouth, our cottage is minutes from rivers, hikes, beaches and has a view to carry you away.

  

Our beautiful, newly constructed home will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

  

The two bedrooms each have queen size beds and all linens (beach & bath towels, sheets) are provided. You will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking up all the fresh local flavors found in Dominica.

Bring a good book, some of your favorite CDs....no TV. Peaceful, easy feelings. There is high-speed internet. We would love to welcome you to our home.

We can arrange tours and hikes, and we have a car available to rent.

The rate for the house is $135/night, and the car rate is $70/day
